Recommended Reading: Compromised

In addition to publishing our own original stories, we also post recommendations of erotic hypnosis stories published by other writers/publishers. We do this because 1) We love the genre and wish to support it, and 2) want our website to be the best place to discover good erotic hypnosis stories, even if they aren’t always our own. We have no affiliation with the recommended story, it’s writer, or it’s publisher other than the fact that we read the story and liked it.

Compromised (Available at Amazon) by Jeremy Sterling.

The premise of this story is very similar to that of our own Taylor Thrall’s The Marriage Modification: A couple facing marital problems seek out the help of a marriage councilor whose unorthodox solution involves hypnotizing the wife. From there the two stories diverge as they explore entirely different tones. While the doctor in “The Marriage Modification” offers the wife’s sexual servitude to the husband and the story focuses on his grappling with the temptation, “Compromised” is a much more romantic tale with the focus squarely on the couple’s relationship.

The story is told from the perspective of the wife Megan, also know as “Dr. Bitch” for being such a strong willed woman in the medical profession. Her husband Eric is a cop. Their marriage has fallen on tough times, and in an effort to save it they go see Dr. Esmer who offers a money-back guarantee to fix their marriage in a single session. He of course accomplishes this through hypnosis.

The conditioning is very much softer than in “The Marriage Modification,” and while Megan’s free will is perhaps a bit compromised (pardon the title reference) it remains for the most part intact. The story is not about control or domination, and indeed the couple leave the doctor’s office without either of them having a clue what the doctor actually did. They only begin to figure it out when Megan begins to have oddly sexual responses (this is an erotic tale after all) to certain triggers, which were chosen by the doctor to reinforce desired behavior on Eric’s part.

While this conditioning is a key element in the story, it is not the main focus of it. As we mentioned earlier the focus is on the relationship. Almost half the story is actually told in the form of flashbacks to the beginning of Megan and Eric’s relationship, long before any hypnosis took place (The first flashback was a little jarring, and we wish the writer had used a little more language up front to let us know that it was indeed a flashback. But once you know to expect them to story flows between past and present quite smoothly). The hypnosis in the present, along with getting Megan all hot and bothered, helps to remind her of these past episodes and why she fell in love with Eric in the first place.

“Compromised” is a sweet and romantic tale, and readers who enjoy those flavors in their erotic hypnosis stories will be thrilled with this one. And right now it’s offered as a free ebook, so the price is certainly right.

Recommended Reading: His Lucky Break

In addition to publishing our own original stories, we also post recommendations of erotic hypnosis stories published by other writers/publishers. We do this because 1) We love the genre and wish to support it, and 2) want our website to be the best place to discover good erotic hypnosis stories, even if they aren’t always our own. We have no affiliation with the recommended story, it’s writer, or it’s publisher other than the fact that we read the story and liked it.

His Lucky Break (available at Amazon) by Marc Cabot.

While a little short on plot for our tastes this short story is definitely worth the read, especially since its currently available as a free ebook. The main character Sean is a semi-professional photagrapher who is conducting a photoshoot with a random model he found on the internet. The hypnosis element comes in the form of a malfunctioning strobe light that flickers at a hypnotic frequency after its fixed. For the rest of the shoot Sean’s model truly feels his sexy staging directions instead of just portraying them. She gets increasingly hot and bothered as the shoot goes on, and soon finds herself willing to do much more for the shoot (and the lucky photographer) than she ever originally intended.

There isn’t much domination/control if that’s your bent, as Sean is unaware of the power his special strobe light has granted him over his model for most of the story(that may change in the subsequent sequels, however, as he figures it out). The fact that Sean and his model are strangers with no backstory means that there is no romance, revenge, or other potential subplots, but that doesn’t prevent the story from being a hot, good read. This story acts as an introduction of sorts to other stories in the same universe, and there is plenty of potential in the series.
